1. Usage Terms

By using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases through our site.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, actual colors and appearances may vary. All products are subject to availability.

3. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

4. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved amicably or through competent courts.

5. Order Cancellation

An order can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing it. Cancellation requests are accepted only in writing by email to adanmass96@gmail.com, or by message or call to 058-4991896, quoting the order number. After 6 hours the order goes into preparation, and because our products are fresh food made specially for each customer, the order can no longer be cancelled and products cannot be returned, except where a product arrives damaged or does not match the order. For a cancellation made in time, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method within 14 days.

6. Delivery Policy

We deliver throughout Israel. Delivery fees vary by city and area and are shown on the checkout page before the order is completed. Deliveries are made on business days, on the preferred date and time window the customer chooses when ordering, and are coordinated with the customer. Self pickup from Tayibe is also available by prior arrangement. The site is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery company, force majeure, strikes, or the customer not responding to arrange the delivery.

7. Privacy

The details customers provide on the site (name, phone, email and address) are used only to process, deliver and communicate about their order, and are not passed to any third party except the delivery company and the payment provider in order to complete the transaction. Credit card details are not stored on the site; they are processed securely by the payment provider.
